This boutique commercial project saw us gut the old office building to create a light and bright industrial studio space. The open plan office features VELUX skylights, lined raked ceilings with new Revolution Roofing snaplock cladding, and restored exposed original timber trusses with new track lighting.

The meeting room incorporates Steel & Smith windows, and a curved feature wall cladded with statement timber battens and a Steel & Smith sliding door finished in a micaceous paint.

Other elements of the project include a breakout technology hub cladded in timber battens to complement the curved wall, extensive works to the existing concrete floor slab - now finished with engineered oak throughout - and repairs to the existing front verandah, including a new concrete verandah slab with a puma black oxide finish.

The end result is a trendy open plan creative space that reflects the clients' personality and vision.
