Meet The Team

Craig Linke
Managing Director Craig Linke has more than two decades of experience in the construction industry spanning Australia and the United Kingdom. After training as a carpenter and working in the residential construction industry in Adelaide, Craig’s vision for Craig Linke Bespoke Building was born whilst living abroad. Craig worked extensively on architecturally designed homes and luxury commercial fit-outs in some of London’s most prestigious suburbs and locations, including Avenue Road in St John’s Wood, Oxford Street, Saville Row, Kensington, Mayfair, Piccadilly Circus, Chiswick Park and Emirates Stadium.
Returning to Adelaide in 2014 with a growing passion for both old-world and contemporary architecture, Craig launched Craig Linke Bespoke Building. The company takes on a select number of projects each year, and focuses on high-end and luxury builds that showcase outstanding craftsmanship that is a cut above the rest.
Craig loves working closely with clients, including during the design phase, to bring their projects to life, drawing on his extensive travels and knowledge of building materialities for inspiration. Most recently, he spent two years living in California, travelling extensively from the Hamptons to Napa Valley and Palm Springs, seeking design inspiration. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, snow skiing, and sampling wines from around the world.

Jake Devlin
As our General Manager, Jake Devlin has an outstanding depth of theoretical and hands-on experience in the building industry. Jake holds a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and exceptional carpentry and concreting skills.
His building experience spans both residential and commercial construction with three local companies. Part of the team since 2015, Jake joined us not long after the company’s inception, commencing in a carpentry role before quickly progressing to a Project Management role.
Jake oversees the day to day running of Craig Linke Bespoke Building - and is likely the first person you’ll meet when you get in touch! Jake goes above and beyond to ensure our clients have the best possible experience at every stage of their project. He is integral to our company’s consistent success and our clients appreciate his friendly, professional manner and excellent attention to detail.
In his spare time, you’ll find him exploring South Australia’s wineries and restaurants with his wife, kickboxing, and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Zwaans
As co-owner of Craig Linke Bespoke Building, Lauren has been supporting the company’s growth behind the scenes since its inception, but formally joined the team as COO in August, 2023. For two decades Lauren has worked in roles in the private, nonprofit and Government sectors spanning program management, enablement, operations, brand and growth marketing, brand strategy, communications, and media and policy advisory.
Most recently, Lauren worked for Meta (fka Facebook), based in San Francisco. There, she led cross-functional teams, including a pod of analysts and growth marketers, creating multi-channel, scaled marketing campaigns targeting millions and driving engagement, acquisition and product adoption outcomes for the company. Prior to this, Lauren ran her own brand marketing and copywriting agency, KIS Communications. She has also had several stints as a political adviser, as well as working both in London for Burberry as a sub-editor in their Marketing team, and with Sydney social media and brand agencies across global and national accounts.
A born business strategist, Lauren has held several non-executive Board appointments over the years. She also founded a South Australian network for women, Spence Club, in 2014. Her primary priority at Craig Linke Bespoke Building is to support the company’s growth, while honouring its mission to craft beautiful homes of the highest calibre with a focus on unparalleled customer service and quality.
Lauren enjoys spending time with her two young children. She also loves travelling both locally and abroad seeking building and interiors inspiration.

Harry Wake
Harry Wake is an experienced Project Manager and Carpenter with exceptional attention to detail and close to a decade of experience in the construction industry. A client favourite, Harry joined the team in early 2020 after subcontracting to us for a matter of weeks (we knew we were on to a winner!). Harry completed a Certificate II (Doorways to Construction) as part of the final years of his high schooling, before commencing an apprenticeship with a small general builder in Adelaide.
After completing his Certificate III in Carpentry/Joinery, Harry lived in Canada for two years, spending his winters working as a hot tub technician at Big White Ski Resort, and his summers on Vancouver Island expanding his carpentry skill set with a local general builder.
Returning to Adelaide in 2019, he built his parents a sustainable eco-house, located south of Adelaide. Since joining the team, he has executed several high-profile projects for us, including No. 33 and Cheltenham. His professional manner and excellent work ethic make him a seamless addition to our team. Harry holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. In his spare time Harry enjoys football, skiing and golf.

Ellen Williams
Ellen Williams has a broad depth of experience in marketing, and a particular passion for digital marketing. At the age of 22, Ellen was the owner and marketing partner of a successful online vegan meal delivery service and cafe in Adelaide.
Progressing into a digital marketing role at National Pharmacies, she went on to hold a senior digital management position at a national jewellery company. Ellen was drawn to the passionate team at Craig Linke Bespoke Building and joined the team in 2021. When Ellen isn’t creating content at CLBB, you will find her teaching yoga, cooking healthy recipes, and walking with her golden retriever, Freddie!

Helena Broughton
Helena joined the Bespoke team in early 2023 as our Accounts Manager & Administrative Assistant and has quickly become a crucial member of our office team.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Management and has been working full-time in accounts roles since 2022, focusing on day-to-day business management, accounting and payroll requirements.
When she’s not keeping the Bespoke office running like a well-oiled machine, you’ll find her spending time with her friends, heading to wineries and on weekend camping trips.

Charlotte Standish
Charlotte joined Craig Linke Bespoke Building in mid-2022 following more than five years’ working for leading interior design companies in Adelaide.
She commenced her career with Grieve Gillett Andersen, spending four years with the company, before expanding her experience with global firm, IA Design. Describing her favoured style aesthetic as “modern classic”, Charlotte believes close collaboration with clients and colleagues leads to the best design outcomes, both practically and aesthetically.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture, and both received and was shortlisted for several awards during her studies, including Gold from the Design Institute of Australia in the Built Environment category.
When she’s not designing, Charlotte can be found shooting shots on the netball court, enjoying Encounter Bay, and servicing her side hustle: a hand-made ceramics business.

Shannon Rischbieth
Shannon joined the team in 2021 and loves working with clients who are looking to set their home apart. After an early career in media and public relations, Shannon decided to pursue her passion for interior design while living in the UK. She completed a Diploma of Interior Design at the KLC School of Design in London, where she was awarded the 2021 Open Learning Student of the Year.
Whilst completing her studies in London, Shannon worked for a company that curated and exclusively imported high-end luxury interior brands from all over the world to the UK. This is where she engaged her first client, a private individual with a number of properties in Europe and Australia. Shannon attended many of the leading interior trade shows in the UK and France before spending 18 months in Sydney, where she established many Australian trade partnerships.
We were lucky enough to join forces with Shannon when we renovated her beautiful family home in 2021 after she moved back to Adelaide with her husband and two children. Knowing her aesthetic would be a perfect fit, we were lucky enough to recruit her to join the team.
