A full interior and exterior renovation to this circa 1920s bungalow in Unley Park. The project involved a substantial reconfiguration of the existing footprint, major internal renovation works included a new shaker style kitchen and the creation of a new open plan living space, European oak herringbone flooring throughout the home, ornate cornice works, full repaint, new fully ducted air-conditioning throughout, and a complete electrical rewire.
Exterior works include a new carport and alfresco area with built-in barbecue, including fresh planting, lighting and feature granite stone paving around the home. The pool was filled in and paving undertaken, with landscaping work carried out by our in-house team.

"We were delighted with Craig Linke Bespoke Building. At each step of the planning, designing and building phase they were professional yet friendly, providing sufficient time to listen to our needs and incorporate them into the timeline. The excellent verbal and written communication ensured we understood what occurred at each step of the build.
"The trades and skilled workers were on time, communicated each day’s activities and cleaned up at the end of each day. The site manager was easy to talk with and provided helpful guidance, rather than tell us what to do. The regular email updates kept us informed of the progress and costs involved. We were pleased to find they completed the work on time and within budget. The finished works were just as we had envisioned.
"We highly recommend Craig Linke Bespoke Building to anyone considering building improvements or extensions."
“Craig and his team were amazing throughout the entire project. This was a big project for us, but Craig was always on hand and available to manage every aspect of our redevelopment. I would not hesitate in recommending Craig Linke bespoke building to anyone. Our dream home looks amazing.”
