Major renovation & extension project, Clarence Park SA
This major renovation and extension project at Clarence Park in Adelaide’s inner southern suburbs includes improvements to the property’s heritage facade, a complete re-roof, and extensive internal renovation works, including a new master bathroom and living room.
The sizeable extension features the addition of an open plan kitchen and dining/ sitting room, walk-in pantry, laundry, study, and master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite. The outdoor space includes two decks, a pergola crafted from reclaimed timber, custom pool fence and new fencing around the entire property.
We truly believe that engaging Craig Linke Bespoke Building to manage our extension brought out the full potential of our 1925 bungalow. CLBB delivered a home we will enjoy for many years to come; a home that is a reflection of our style and of Craig Linke’s attention to detail.
We had a clear vision of what we wanted, and we were very involved in the project, but nothing was too much trouble. The team work diligently and treat the site not as their worksite, but as your home, sweeping up at the end of the day even when there were literally no walls up! This gave us great confidence in the quality and care they would take with the finishes.
The cost-plus contract was a great way to feel in control of expenses, always knowing what things would cost and having choice in which trades would work on our home. We could not be happier with the result and truly enjoyed the experience.. Let’s do it again!
