Complete external renovation of 1920s bungalow, Unley Park SA
Craig Linke Bespoke Building undertook extensive renovation works on my property at Unley Park between late 2014 and early 2015. The works included roof and gutter replacement, replacement of timber roof supports, asbestos removal, a new verandah, replacement of worn and defective timbers, replacement of entrance and door, construction of a new picket fence, supervision of paint removal from brickwork, brick replacement and repointing, electrical work, painting and landscaping.
All work was finished to a very high standard and within cost estimates. The builder ensured that all works and modifications conformed with our wishes and that changes were sympathetic to the original intent and design of the property. At all times there was excellent communication between myself and the builder. The final result exceeded my expectations and has resulted in a vastly improved property that has been completely transformed by the excellent work that was carried out
